CRAZY, yesterday is was 5,97% today June 15, 2022 its 6.10%.
How will this affect the buying of properties now?
I personally think that the market will slow down, as everyone is just in SHOCK at what is happening with the Interest Rates.
My recommendation is to just RELAX and see what happens in the following months.
